Food waste
Cancellations arrive by call and message, so kitchens cook too much or too little.
Now piloting in Bhopal
Customers skip meals in one tap before cutoff. Kitchens get an exact cook count, a delivery list and a passbook that settles every billing question. In English and हिंदी.
The problem
Cancellations arrive by call and message, so kitchens cook too much or too little.
Steel boxes go missing because nobody tracks who has how many.
Skipped days and carried-over meals are argued over at month end.
“Less spicy”, “leave it outside”, “skip today” — all day, every day.
How it works
Register your kitchen and add your plans and UPI ID.
Share your invite link, or add existing customers by phone.
At cutoff the count locks: cook exactly what is needed and hand riders a ready delivery list.
Open your kitchen’s link and log in with your mobile number.
Pay your kitchen by UPI; meals appear in your passbook once they confirm.
Skip, add a guest tiffin or plan a vacation before cutoff. Your credits are never lost.
Features
Skips close at your cutoff time and the cook count finalises itself. No more late calls.
Total thalis by veg, Jain, egg and non-veg, extras and special notes. Print or share.
Every meal, recharge and refund recorded. Nothing can be edited, so there is nothing to argue about.
Customers pay your UPI ID. You approve in one tap after checking your bank app.
Stops sorted by distance, Google Maps navigation, one-tap call and delivered button.
See exactly how many boxes each customer has and remind them automatically.
“Less spicy”, “leave outside”, “give to guard” — sent as one tap, not a chat.
Post today’s menu and every customer gets a notification in their language.
Close the kitchen for a festival or let customers pause for a trip. No credit is used.
Monthly statements, bills with a UPI QR, and payment receipts in English or Hindi. Download or share on WhatsApp in one tap.
Ask “Which sabji on Sunday?” and every customer gets a notification. They vote in one tap and you see the result live, with comments if you want them.

FAQ
TiffinFlow is an app for monthly tiffin (dabba) services. Customers skip or add meals before a cutoff time and see a digital passbook of meals left. Kitchens get an exact daily cook count, a delivery list for riders and a record of every payment and empty box.
Yes. Customers never pay TiffinFlow. You pay your tiffin kitchen directly by UPI or cash, exactly as you do today.
Open the app before your kitchen’s cutoff time (for example 9:30 AM for lunch) and tap Skip. The meal credit stays in your passbook. After cutoff the cook count is locked so the kitchen does not waste food.
No. Payments go straight from the customer’s UPI app to the kitchen’s own UPI ID. The kitchen confirms the payment in the app and meal credits are added to the passbook.
Kitchens can add customers by phone number and manage their meals, payments and skips for them. Customers can start using the app later with the same number.
Yes. Every screen and notification is available in English and Hindi, and each person chooses their own language.
